Prices

The prices of the products and services available are specified in the respective page. All prices indicated include VAT at the legal rate in force.

The price of shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the ordered products and is determined by the total weight of the order.

Exchange or refund

In case of manufacturing defect, to replace the item or to reimburse the customer if it so wishes. Shipping costs are, in these cases, borne by Dotquilts. In case fabrics are replaced or their value refunded, they may not have been cut or washed.

Workshops – in the event of a waiver, the registration fee will be refunded if the participant informs of their waiver, up to ten days calendar before the workshop

Privacy Policy

The data provided by the client, which are derived from its registration, are stored in a database and are used to process sales to the respective client. They can also be used to send information from the store if the customer manifests this claim when it registers. The data provided is confidential and Dotquilts undertakes not to transfer this data to third parties or to make improper use of the same. at any time, request to change your data or delete it from the database.
